Last day of the year & still a rose left in my garden. It's a "Chaldean", named after our illusion act. Christmas is packed away as we are off on our travels again. Back for the Panto on the 15th. (Oh yes we are!)

Some very hot spells surrounded by wind & cloud. These shelters were permanent!! May finally move room today then off to Havana for 2 days tomorrow. Tina & Gaz go home today so we'll do a bit of walking.

A joint of beef, all for me. 600 gram T bone. Managed it with a few chips & veg (after a starter of course)!!
A night in Havana. A rather splendid hotel room with a 12m balcony: a Royal Room!! The funny shaped building to the right of the tower block is the Russian Embassy.
The hotel stage taken from above. Nice & warm Sunday & Monday. Two days on the beach with an hour's walk after breakfast. 30 minute walk to town this evening, horse drawn carriage back, a spot of dinner, a show then perhaps sleep. We old people need it!!
